Privacy and your data

For account and privacy questions: info@architex.si.

Collaboration, portfolio and reviews

After offer acceptance, full names and messages are visible only to the request owner and selected partner. Documents can be uploaded for bidding categories or the accepted partner only. Studio and trade portfolios are shown to the request owners who receive their bids; the license file stays private to the studio. Licenses are self-declared, without claims of official verification. Reviews become visible to members only after both parties confirm completion and include the rating and comment; do not include third-party personal data. When activated and consented to, the AI guide sends only the brief and basic project details, without files; its result is stored privately. Permit checklists are preliminary and require verification against official sources.

Milestones, verification and notifications

Milestones, agreement changes, delivery evidence, invoices and commission receipts are retained for selected parties. Your business identifier and license documents are shared with administrators only through your verification request. Administrators can review disputes, relevant evidence and involved parties' identities; decisions and reasons remain in the history. Email notifications are optional, use Brevo and contain only the activity type and an account link, without documents or message contents. Disable them in Notifications.

Profile photo and birthday

Your photo or logo is stored privately and shown only to the selected partner after offer acceptance. Your birthday is optional, stored separately and can be viewed, changed or removed only by the account owner. It is not shared with partners, in offers or messages.

Data processed

Architex processes your name, email, selected profile, projects, uploaded documents, BOQs and analysis history. Passwords are managed by Supabase Auth and are not stored in Architex code. The project operator is Arber Leka.

Purpose and providers

Supabase provides authentication, the database and private storage. Vercel hosts the application and may retain technical request logs. Data supports the functions you request, account management and abuse prevention.

Procurement and offers

Drafts are private. Publishing a request shares the project, floor plans, photos and videos with your selected professional categories. Offers are visible only to the bidder and, once submitted, to the request owner. Documents are stored privately and downloaded through links that expire after 60 seconds. Do not publish unnecessary personal information. For studio requests, the referral code, commission %, invoiced amount/reference, payment reference and studio confirmation are recorded. Only the studio and selected provider can see these records. The code grants no public document access and is not a discount coupon. Property owners receive optional price discounts only. Procurement records a preferred offer; it does not process project payments or sign contracts.

Small jobs and contact details

The published city, neighborhood, description and photos are visible to signed-in tradespeople. Offers are private between the client and bidder. Exact addresses and phone numbers are stored privately and shared only with the accepted-offer parties, with their consent. EXIF/GPS metadata is removed from photos. Do not include contact details or exact addresses in descriptions or photos. WhatsApp opens only when you press its button and is an external service; messages are not sent automatically. Architex retains the accepted offer and completed-work reviews.

OpenAI analysis

Your brief and up to two selected documents are sent to OpenAI only after you consent and start the analysis. Requests use store:false. This disables response storage for API retrieval, but does not guarantee the absence of provider safety logs. Do not upload unnecessary personal data or documents you are not authorized to share.

Retention and deletion

Projects, documents and reports remain until you delete them. Download documents, export BOQs and delete projects or your account from your workspace. Deleting a project clears analysis content; technical identifiers, timestamps and request status remain in the quota ledger to prevent abuse. Provider backups and logs may remain under their respective policies.

Subscriptions and credits

Private credit history and technical payment identifiers are stored. Once payments are enabled, the provider processes payment data under its own policy; Architex does not store cards. A hashed business identifier is retained to prevent repeated trials, including after account deletion. A subscription must end before account deletion so payments stop.

Cookies and security

Essential session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite. No advertising or marketing tracking is integrated. Server ownership checks and database row-level security protect projects. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Service limitations

AI analyses and estimates are preliminary. Relevant professionals must verify dimensions, quantities, prices, structural and installation decisions. Subscription payments use the payment provider when enabled; Architex does not store card details. Project payments take place outside the platform. This service does not guarantee commissions or issue technical certifications.
